Master Plant Retreat

We are excited to extend an invitation to join us for a Master Plant Vegetalista dieta retreat in the lush, tropical jungles of Costa Rica!

Surround yourself with vibrant beauty and the sounds and smells of this pristine rainforest in the heart of Costa Rica at the Brave Earth regenerative farm.

The intention of the Vegetalista dieta is to deepen ones connection to plant spirits, or doctores, as the Shipibo-Conibo people call them. In the dieta, we open ourselves to the healing world of plants and expand our personal healing through direct learning from these Master Plants.

The invitation is to let go of the stress, attachments and the distractions of our daily lives and enter into communion with nature and a plant teacher, while following a strict protocol.

The dieta will consist of 4 nights of meditation and each person will have a plant in which you will be working with and deepening with over the 9 day, 8 night retreat. A tour of the biodynamic farm is included and we will complete the retreat with a trip to the thermal baths at the base of the Arenal Volcano.

The nights will be guided by Soi Bari and supported by Akayah, and Mehul.
